FIRE-RATED GLASS WALLS, DOORS AND UNITS

At Firman Glass Projects, we specialise in working with architects, designers, and owners of both domestic and commercial properties to offer solutions in glass that are stylish and safe. In the UK, fire-rated glass is subject to stringent regulations and standards to ensure that it provides the necessary fire resistance and protection within a building. Our experts understand this, and we work closely with you from design concept to manufacture, and installation.

YOUR GO-TO EXPERTS IN FIRE RESISTANT GLASS

Fire resistant glass is rated based on the duration that it can withstand fire, and is most commonly rated 30, 60, 90, 120 or 180 minutes (shown as E30, E60, E90, E120 and E180). Another component which can be introduced is the integrity of the glass, which means that the glass limits the temperature rise on the non-fire side, and prevents the passage of flames and gasses. These glass panels are Rated with EI figures (EI30, EI60, EI90, EI120 and EI180). At Firman Glass Projects we can manufacture all types of fire-rated glass and provide bespoke design and installation services. We have experience in manufacturing fire-rated doors and windows, fire-rated frames, fire-rated glass walls and screens, and fire-rated partitions and facades too.
