Managing Director
GARY LUGG
Gary brings more than 30 years’ experience in architectural glass and metal work to FGP. From his City & Guilds roots, he progressed through glazing/fixing/fabrication, design/AutoCAD drafting, site management, and project management to several years as an associate director prior to joining FGP.
Undertaking all elements of the trade, from rebuilding leaded lights through to structural glazing and fire-rated framing systems, he has a great understanding of design and practical applications, providing buildability whilst being aesthetically pleasing.

MARK LYNCH
Following an apprenticeship that led to a City and Guilds and Institute of Carpentry Advanced Carpentry Award, Mark has worked for over 31 years in the construction industry. He has spent the last 20 years at Firman, first as a site supervisor and now as a director. Professional training and qualifications: Carpentry and Joinery Indentured Apprentice
Contracts Administrator and 3D Draughtsman
ALEX BALL
Alexander anchors our fledgling 3D design studio. He started his career working in the quality assurance department of Dassault Systems, the developer of SolidWorks 3D modelling, and has worked at Firman since 2013. Alex is currently studying towards the CIOB Level 3 Diploma in Construction Site Supervisory Studies. Professional training and qualifications: SSSTS Solidworks Certified Course.

ROB SKINNER
Rob has a wealth of knowledge after working for United Builders Merchants, Pilkington Glass and Firman. Rob has been pricing and estimating within the glass industry for 40 years.
